NAME: Rise Kujikawa
CANON: Persona 4
AGE: 16. By the end of P4, Rise has just turned 16. However, like every other teenager I play who isn't a sports, Rise's had to grow up pretty fast. In fact, her entire life as an idol revolves around her 'growing up fast'. She's frequently presented herself as sexual/sexy and had to learn to act like an adult despite her age. This also lends nicely to the fact that she's a part of the "murder investigation team"; i.e. she fights terrifying Shadows and helps to solve an actual murder mystery with the rest of her friends. Aging her up would mostly just have us dealing with the same old Rise--perhaps only one a little more settled into herself instead of confused about who she truly is.

INCENTIVE/FIT:
INCENTIVE: Rise's incentive for coming to Eudio is to see Souji/Yu/Protag again. Much of her storyline relies on her feelings for the protagonist of Persona 4, and after he leaves Inaba to go back to the city, Rise goes on her own journey to regain her status as an idol on her own terms. In doing so, she hasn't gotten to see the protagonist in a long time--seeing him again would be enough of a motivation for her to come to this place.

FIT: Rise would easily fit into Eudio! She's fun loving, bubbly, cheerful, flirtatious and very touchy, to the point of suggesting 'the king's game' to play with her classmates and offering (and then acting upon) sitting on her senpai/the protag's lap. As an exuberant idol, Rise'd fit right in.

ANYTHING ELSE?
POWERS; Rise's only "power" so to speak is her access to her Persona, Himeko. Himeko allows her to 'scan' battlefields, giving her a view of enemy stats, weaknesses, strengths and so on. She also can provide support throughout battles, sometimes helping to heal her comrades or providing them extra SP and HP. This power's mostly useless outside of 'battles', so having it nullified is fine, although I think she'll be sad to not feel Himeko there.
